We kicked off our inaugural CLT Monthly Meeting by bringing together CLT members and community allies for an inspiring evening of connection and learning. The event featured a curated selection of short films exploring the history and transformative impact of CLTs. We were also honored to host Matthew Vu from TOPA4LA for a special session on the Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA), diving into its significance and potential for empowering tenants in our communities. A vibrant mix of discussion, education, and shared vision! This gathering set the tone for many more meaningful conversations to come.
