“Building Relationship to Place” Nature Walk

Join the Long Beach CLT for our second nature walk with Tecolote of Mama Maiz & Flora y Tierra. “Building Relationship to Place” is a 4-part series honoring the seasons and 4 directions where we’ll visit local native plant restoration sites throughout Long Beach together and walk with, reflect beside, and taste local native plants!

About Tecolote:

With over a decade of experience, Tecolote has served their community as an herbalist, birthworker, community care practitioner, naturalist, land tender, and mentor. On this path rooted in traditional medicine and practices, Tecolote has built relationships with the land and their community through plant medicine, mutual aid, and reclamation of our relationship with the outdoors.
